1. ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING
Each time you access a website, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which
contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the request,
the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the request. This
data can typically not be linked to your identity. This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of
ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our services. To the extent that this data
constitutes personal data, the collection of such data serves to protect our legitimate interests in the
correct presentation of our offer, and to safeguard the security of our services in accordance with Article
6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). All access data is deleted no later than
seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
1.1 HOSTING
The services for hosting and displaying the website are partly provided by our service providers as
part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise explained in this privacy policy, all access data and
all data collected in forms provided for this purpose on this website are processed on their servers. If
you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please
use the contact option described in this privacy statement.
Our service providers, which store most of our data, are located in Germany and Turkey. There is no
adequacy decision from the European Commission for Turkey. To the extent that we are required by law to
implement safeguards to enable the safe transfer of personal data outside of the European Union, we will
rely on the standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. A copy of said safeguards can
be obtained here:

1.2 CONTENT DELIVERY NETWORK
For the purpose of a shorter loading time, we use a so-called Content Delivery Network ("CDN") for
some offers. With this service, content, e.g. large media files, are delivered via regionally
distributed servers of external CDN service providers. Therefore, access data is processed on the
servers of the service providers. Our service providers work for us within the framework of order
processing. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with
them, please use the contact option described in this privacy statement.
Our service providers are located in the EU, the USA, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. To the extent
that we are required by law to implement safeguards to enable the safe transfer of personal data outside
of the European Union, we will rely on the standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.
A copy of said safeguards can be obtained here:

their information. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you

processing, can be found in the following sections of this privacy statement. After having completed your
order/contract or deletion of your customer account, your personal data will be restricted for further
processing and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law in accordance with
Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your personal data, or if
we reserve the right to use data beyond this, to the extent permitted by law – in which case you will be

done either by sending a message to the contact option described in this privacy statement or via a function
provided for this purpose in the customer account.
3. DATA PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHIPMENT PROCESSING
In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, we will pass on personal
data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the
delivery of ordered goods.
The same applies to the transfer of data to our manufacturers or wholesalers in cases where they take over
the shipping for us (drop shipment). These are considered shipping service providers for the purposes of
this privacy statement.
Our primary service providers are located in Turkey. Locally, we may use local shipping service
providers.

of delivery notification or coordination (upon having obtained your prior consent for such notification to
the extent applicable). To the extent that we are required by law to implement safeguards to enable the safe
transfer of personal data outside of the European Union, we will rely on the standard data protection
clauses of the European Commission. A copy of said safeguards can be obtained here:

insofar as this is necessary for processing the payment (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). In some cases,
the payment service providers collect the data required for processing the payment themselves, e.g. on
their own website or via a technical integration in the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy

We use the technologies of Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
("Google"), as described below. The information automatically collected by Google technologies about
your use of our website is usually transferred to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway

European Commission. Our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the European
Commission. If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it will be shortened before being
stored on Google's servers by activating IP anonymization. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP
address be transmitted to a Google server and shortened there. Unless otherwise specified for the
individual technologies, the data processing is based on an agreement concluded for the respective
technology between jointly responsible parties in accordance with Article 26 of the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information about data processing by Google can be found in
Google’s privacy policy and arrangements with Google.
We use such technologies that are absolutely necessary for the use of certain functions of our

are collected and processed. This serves, within the framework of a balancing of interests, overriding
legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the
GDPR.
In addition, we use technologies for the fulfillment of legal obligations to which we are subject
(e.g., to be able to prove consent to the processing of your personal data) as well as for web analytics

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time
of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website), from which usage
profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. As a matter of principle, your IP
address will not be merged with other data from Google. Data processing is carried out on the basis of an order
processing agreement by Google.
For the purpose of optimized marketing of our website, we have activated the data release settings for "Google
products and services". This allows Google to access the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and
subsequently use it to improve Google services. Data sharing with Google under these data sharing settings is
based on an additional agreement between responsible parties. We have no influence on the subsequent data
processing by Google.
For the creation and execution of tests, we also use the Google Analytics Google Optimize extension
function.
For web analysis, the Google Analytics Google Signals extension function enables so-called "cross-device
tracking". Insofar as your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account and you have activated the
"personalized advertising" setting in your Google account, Google can generate reports about your usage behavior
(in particular cross-device user numbers), even if you change your terminal device. A processing of personal
data by us does not take place in this respect, we only receive statistics generated on the basis of Google
Signals.
GOOGLE ADS
For advertising purposes in Google search results as well as on third-party websites, the so-called Google
Remarketing Cookie is set when you visit our website, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by
collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information
about your use of our website) and by means of a pseudonymous CookieID and on the basis of the pages you visit.
Data processing beyond this only takes place if you have activated the "personalized advertising" setting in
your Google account. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google uses your
data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing.
This cookie will only be placed upon your prior consent.
We also measure conversions on our website with Google Ads: analytics and event tracking and your subsequent
usage behavior when you have reached our website via an ad from Google. Such processing will only take place
upon your prior consent.
